Warren Park Arabian Stud

Sanger,
California, USA

Sandy and Dick Warren are breeders of high quality CMK Arabians. Sandy has been breeding for over 50 years, and is well known for her dedication to the breed and for her contribution to the CMK Arabian in the world.

I am so happy that I have been introduced to Sandy and her Arabians, the time I spent at Warren Park was amazing and I love the paintings these Arabians have inspired.

Hi Shannon, I have a request that hopefully you can help with information. You and I are either friends on facebook or I follow you. Anyway, doesnt really matter. I did notice that your painting is from the Warren Park Stud (gorgeous as always) and I have been trying to locate Sandy and seem to be hitting dead ends. A long while back I did a bit of photography at their ranch with Aulrab and others. The photo you show of Aulrab is actually one I shot.
What I need help with is to identify a possible CMK or Crabbet mare that has come to us (Hopes Chance Horse Sanctuary in Modesto, CA) She reminds me very much of Aulrabs line. She came to us through a slaughter feedlot in Nevada. She has papers and a show record, but those were not passed on to us. She is now 6, chestnut, lots of white. No noticeable brand of any kind. Any help you can give or direct us would be greatly appreciated. We always consider the horses as possible stolen or missing…..

      Hi Sue,

How wonderful that you have a long relationship with those in CMK Arabians! And that you knew Aulrab!

I Wish I could be of more help. Sandy has passed away, though Warren Park Stud’s breeding partner Dr. David Ward (Fairview Arabian Stud in the Okanagan BC) may be the best one to help identify this mare, or David may be able connect you with someone who can help with the ID.

      Best Wishes, Shannon
