Getting Ready for a Giveaway

Welcome

The following sets forth the Giveaway Rules. By entering the giveaway, you are agreeing to these Giveaway Rules. Shannon Ford  is the sole sponsor of the Giveaway and may change or cancel the Giveaway and/or these Giveaway Rules at any time.

No Purchase Necessary

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway and making a purchase will not improve your chances of being selected as part of the Giveaway.

Entering the Giveaway

To enter you must provide a comment on the corresponding Facebook post. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries receives, but not how many entries you submit. Do not submit duplicate entries or addresses as this will not improve your chances of winning. The contest will run until XX/XX/XXXX at XX;XX pm.

Drawings

The Giveaway winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners are announced as soon as commercially reasonable after the drawing. The decisions are final and the winner will be notified on Facebook. If the notification cannot be delivered, Shannon Ford will select another winner at random. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the Facebook account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization.

Prizes

The winner will receive a Shannon Ford “Warm and Cozy” set, Consisting of one Blanket, one pillow, and one Mug. Shannon Ford may substitute another prize at her discretion.

Publicity

Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes and expenses associated with the prize. By accepting the prize you are granting Shannon Ford the right to use your name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility

Each user may win only once. The Giveaway is open only to 18 years of age or older. Shannon Ford employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Shannon Ford is not responsible for (1) typographical errors, misdirected or incomplete entries; or (2) computer or telecommunication system failures or similar disruptions to email services and/or the Internet.

Disputes

These Giveaway Rules are governed by the internal substantive laws of the province of Alberta, without respect to conflict of laws principles.
